- Using courier envelopes to enclose and safeguard service documents is allowable.
- Drop serves are ok in some situations as long as you have confirmed identity of the corporation or individual to be served.
- Substituted service is usually allowed on Subpoenas, Small Claims and Evictions.
- Delivery of Substituted service to individuals over the age of 14 at the abode is Ok.
- Confirmation of a defendant of respondent can be a verbal or visual affirmation.
